These terms cover the LogBreeze mobile app and this website. By using LogBreeze you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What LogBreeze is
LogBreeze helps you turn spoken or typed notes into structured entries on sheets stored on your device, with an optional connection to Google Sheets in your own Google account. We do not provide banking, accounting advice, or a hosted spreadsheet service of your data.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you enter and for any Google Sheets you connect.
- You must have the right to grant LogBreeze access to those Google files.
- You should review AI-filled fields before relying on them.
- Keep backups of important data (export or your Google Sheet).
Accounts and Google
LogBreeze does not create a separate LogBreeze cloud account for your rows. Google Sign-In is optional and governed also by Google’s terms. You can disconnect in the app and revoke access in your Google Account.
AI features
Voice transcription and automatic column filling are convenience features. They can be wrong. They may be rate-limited or unavailable without network access or configuration.
Subscriptions (when offered)
If you purchase Premium through the App Store or Google Play, billing and cancellation are handled by that store. Canceling Premium does not delete your local entries or your Google Sheet.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, incorrect syncs, or decisions you make based on entries in LogBreeze.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
