LogBreeze is a mobile app for logging entries into local sheets and, optionally, Google Sheets you own. We do not sell personal data. We do not connect to your bank.
What stays on your phone
Sheets, entries, reminders, and budgets are stored in a local database on your device. Export creates a file you choose to share through the system share sheet.
Google Sheets (optional)
Preferred path: you share a specific spreadsheet with a LogBreeze service-account email as Editor, then paste the sheet link. Only sheets you share are reachable — not your whole Drive. Guide: logbreeze.app/connect.
Creating a sheet from a template may use Google Sign-In with a limited scope; those tokens stay on the device. Rows you sync are written to a Google Sheet you own. Disconnecting in Settings signs out; to revoke access entirely, use Google Account → Third-party connections → LogBreeze, and remove the LogBreeze email from the sheet’s Share list.
Voice and AI fill-in
When voice or “fill in for me” is enabled, the app sends a short recording and/or the text you typed, plus sheet names, column labels/types, and up to a few recent example entries, to a LogBreeze API (a Cloudflare Worker). That Worker:
- uses OpenAI to turn audio into text when you record,
- uses Google Gemini to map text into column values,
- does not store recordings, transcripts, entries, or provider response bodies in a database,
- may keep short usage counts (for rate limits), not the content of what you said.
OpenAI and Google process those requests under their own policies. A temporary audio file may remain in the phone’s cache until the OS clears it. You review entries before they are saved when the app is unsure.
What we do not keep
- No LogBreeze account database of your spreadsheet rows
- No sale of personal data
- No advertising identifiers sold to brokers
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. They are not delivered through a LogBreeze push server.
Children
LogBreeze is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page when the product’s data practices change (for example, when speech recognition moves fully on-device). The “Last updated” date above will change with those edits.
